Hello again! :D

A lot of things happened to me since the last post, so it will be a bit longer post than the last few. First of all :

This is the graph of the last month, but it does not contain the last 500-600 games (I had to reinstall my windows, and some hh-s are missing). So I made more than 4000$ with bonuses in May. 

This was the best month in my entire poker career, and I'm very proud of it. I reached the $60 limit very quickly. I was a bit nervous, and try to tableselect for the first  50-100 games, then I got comfortable with playing this stake. I'm avoiding regs of course, there are dozens of it!  

Soo..that was May. Then things got worse : 

To sum up, I had to move down to $30, then to $15... I'm grinding the $15s now with a very decent volume, but I have to play thousands of games to get back where I were. It's pretty depressing but hey.. we're talking about hyperturbo games. 

I'm going to Italy with my family for a week, and I don't think that I'll play much (well I certainly will play a few games, it would be very strange to miss out a whole week :P ).

Running like a god

That's my frikkin graph for May so far :

Pretty sick isn't it? I made more money in the last 9 days than I made in the whole April. As you can see, swings went bigger in the last games. The reason for it > they are $30s hypers ^^
Yes, I could finally go up a limit. It feels good man! I'll try to withdraw less money now, since I don't want to move down.
The $30s are as "hard" as the $15s so far. Of course I met a few pretty good regs too, but there are so many retards as well. My FPPs/VIP level (I'm a Goldstar right now) are increasing with a much higher rate (ty captain obv., that's because the rake is twice as high).
I've just checked the upper limit, and maaaan these are the $60s. That't not too good, because it means I can move up if I reach 3000$, instead of 2500$ (if the upper limit were $50, because I always move up if I reach 50 BI for the next limit, and down if I reach 35 BI). But of course I don't want to rush, because I don't know my true winrate at this level, since my last days were superupswingy.

I can't wait for Monday, since Veil of Maya is coming to Hungary with great bands like Structures, Volumes, and Vildhjarta (these are metal bands, if you're wondering). If you don't know Veil of Maya, check out this beauty :

Closing April

Okay, so here is my graph of the month :

Yeah..whatever. As you can see I almost reached my volume goal (3000 game), but I'm obviously not happy with the $ I earned. I also took a shot to the $30s... You can see the results around the 2300. game :P 

I had to withdraw some money, so it will need 25-30 BI at the $15s to move up to $30. I'll take a 15 BI shot, I hope I'll stay there permanently. I'm tired of these "breakeven" months (I'm speaking about winning an amount, then withdraw all of it). Well I won't have any problems with withdrawing a big amount for at least two weeks, since my wallet was stolen at the previous week.. with all my bank cards.. yikes.

I'm coming with a "goals for May" post tomorrow!

Running good finally!

I got a bit lazy in terms of volume for the past few days, but I could still win 18-19 BI at the $15s. Very nice results after the breakeven strech (nearly 1900 game :| ). Now it's Monday morning, and I want to move up to the $30s as soon as possible, so I'll switch to grind mode now.

Breakeven 4 life!

Sooo I've played 1550 games in the month, and earned -2.70$ dollars yet.

This is the first day when I'm a huge winner (+16.5 BI @ $7s), so I decided to write here :D...

Playing breakeven for long streches can be really hard and stressful (well, it turned out that this is nothing compared to some dudes breakeven streches in hypers.. look at this sh*t > graph < as you can see he was breakeven for 7-8000 games. Of course if the graph's owner reading this and wants to remove it, pm me np). The best you can do imo is to play as much as you can without tilting (maybe with more pauses), and find a pokerbuddy to review your game. I'm posting my graphs on 2+2 nearly every day, and a few guys added me on Skype for hh reviews, I'm hoping that it'll help my game (and I help theirs). 

One problem that I had with my game so far in the month is that sometimes I focus on quantity, not quality. I mean if I'm get distracted, or I'm tired, I find myself grinding like a braindead, just autopiloting for hours. Sure, there will be a decent volume, but I'm giving up small edges, which are extremely important in hyperturbos. I'm working on my work ethic and focusing right now. I recommend for you d00dz to run this software  while you're playing : Coldturkey . It's a free software, and you can block sites for a couple of hours, so you won't get distracted by Facebook, Twitter, or anything that you hanging on a lot. I'm not sure about the music though, sometimes it helps me to get relaxed, sometimes I lose focus because of it. It depends on the person imo.

Running under EV

I've started to take grinding more seriously, because I need to buy a lot of things. Primarily stuff for my place, and, if I could afford it in the near future, maybe a new guitar. I want a Crusher 7 (Ran Crusher). Well, maybe it would be in the far future, because currently, I'm running under EV. Oh, did I mention 60 BI under EV at the fkin 7's and 15's?

Of course, I didn't loose that much, so I could just stop whining. The problem is, I have to withdraw regularly, so my BR is stagnating between 800$ and 1500$ since FTP closed. I'd really like to hear some tips for this problem (yeah obv, I should start spending less money on sh*t, and play more). I think I would crush the $30s, but I can't get a chance.. The last try was a total failure (I mentioned it in one of my previous posts), I was owned by fishes, and needed to step back. Sooo now, I'm trying to play more every day (increasing my daily volume from 90-100 games to 120-130, maybe more). A good idea would be to start playin the knockout tournaments again. I tried the $10.50 HT Tournament yesterday on Stars, but it's a total gambling. You start with t1000 @ 50/100 blinds..

New month, new challenges

Sooo I've finished a very good month! I could reach and stay @ the $15s, and earn a decent profit. Here is my graph of March :

I've earned 1156$ with bonuses. I ran pretty well, except for the $30s. My main goals for April :

I re-discovered a decent finnish metal band, called Wintersun. I don't really like these kind of folkish stuff, but this song is nearly perfect, especially the solo. I wanted to learn it, but I can't do it by ear, and the guitar tab for it sucks :|
